SATURDAY CLINICS - Now available one GP and o ne Nurse clinic for pre bookable appointments only, during the hours of 8.00 - 12.00. 

Telephones will not be in operation to book or cancel and the Out of Hours service remains the contact for any emergency requirements.

You can collect your prescription during this time.

   

TRAVEL IMMUNISATION (TR01 Required 8 weeks before travel date)    

All patients requesting this service will be required to complete and return a Travel Risk assessment form (TR01) a minimum of 8 weeks prior to travel, before they are offered an appointment.

Forms can be downloaded from the web site (Travel Vaccination page) or collected from reception.    

This enables the Nurse to carry out a review of the risks and provide appropriate advice to support the immunisation process
