Online Services
If you are registered for on line services, or would like to register, you will have to register with the new provider (following our move to the EMIS clinical system). Please contact the surgery and we will send a new link to your email. Please be aware that it is not possible to use the same email address as another family member, each person wishing to use on-line services will need their own unique email.
Download, print, complete and return the form to us, using the link below. We will then email you with your registration details for the appointment and prescription modules only.

Once you are registered for on line services, you can request to view part of your medical records, initially allergies and medication history through this portal. Please speak to the practice staff if you wish to activate this.
From October 2023 NHS App users will also be able to access their medical records via the App. Please see our home page for information on how to register for this.
