All consultations are by appointment. To make an appointment, use the online services from 7.00am to 7.00pm or telephone 02476 357100 between 8.00am and 12 noon or 1.30 and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

We feel continuity of care is important and would like you to choose one doctor to be your usual doctor, however this can not be guarenteed and it will be necessary to see other doctors if your requsted doctor is not avilable. 

If you need to be seen on the day that you are calling it is advisable to ring in the morning to make an appointment. Most appointments are available on the day, however we do have a number of appointments that can be booked up to four weeks in advance and would ask that you take advantage of these, if you have an ogoing condition and wish to see a specific Doctor.

We now offer a pre-booked clinic with a GP or a Nurse on Saturday mornings from 8.00 -12.00 for patients that find it difficult to attend during the week. (please note the telephone system is not in operation on Saturady mornings)

Tel: 02476 357100 If you need to see a doctor for a medical emergency, please tell the receptionist when making the appointment. The receptionist will need to consult a doctor before booking a time and the doctor may wish to speak to you, so please be ready to give some medical details


If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, they may be asked to rebook for another day. It is important that patients keep their appointments. Missed appointments are wasteful and represent a significant loss of doctor and nurse time. If a patient fails to attend their appointment they will be sent a letter notifying them. If this is repeated three times in six months or a pattern of this behavior is observed, we reserve the right to ask the patient to register elsewhere. Patients retain the right of appeal in these decisions

Tel: 02476 357100 To arrange a telephone appointment with your doctor please speak to a receptionist. Your doctor will try to take your call as close to the appointment time as possible. You may now be offered a call back, which will be a time within a one hour window where the GP will call you. Please provide and up to date contact number . If you have called into the surgery, you may be asked to “hold the line” while the doctor finishes an ongoing consultation.
